Charts, market data, analysis tools and order flow differ from platform to platform. Practise entering order values on both desktop and mobile, and check account type, region and operating system support in the official guide before installing.
RESEARCH & EDUCATION
Market research, learning materials and the FAQ are a starting point for understanding products and platforms. Do not read them as forecasts or trade signals; check the date, the reasoning and the actual product terms alongside them.
Work through macro views, technical angles and market issues while recording the date, the assumptions and the opposite scenario.
Read the insights
Work through margin, leverage, volatility, order types and trade journalling in order. Community explanations do not replace the official documents.

On the official application page, check the providing entity, the terms and the service scope that applies to you.
You may be asked for identity and address documents. Submit them only through official secure channels.
Check supported payment methods, currencies, costs and processing times in your account screen. Never send funds to a community operator.
Decide only once you understand the product structure, the platform controls and the risk of loss. Demo practice does not guarantee real results.

We separate what the community can do from what has to go through official support. Trading accounts, deposits, withdrawals and identity verification are not handled here.
No. Community membership and official trading account registration are separate processes. Signing up here lets you post, comment and read the members-only board; it has nothing to do with actual trading. A trading account must be opened by you on the official INFINOX application screens, where you will see the providing entity, the terms and the service scope that applies to you. This community plays no part in reviewing account applications and cannot influence an approval or a rejection.
Read moreYou can, but we will not be able to answer. Deposits, withdrawals, identity verification and unlocking a trading account are handled only through official support. We have no access to account records and cannot see the status of a request. Above all, never post an account number, a screenshot of your trade history or a photo of your ID on a board or in a comment, as that exposes your personal data outright. You should also never send funds to a community operator or to a personal account. We will never contact you first asking for a transfer.
Read moreWe do not. Installing the software, logging in to your account and any remote access must be done by you. What we can point you to is the official download route and the security checks worth running before you install. Do not use an installer received through a search advert or a messenger; use only the official page and official app stores. If someone asks you to install remote-control software, that request is itself a warning sign. Once installed, practise placing, modifying and closing orders on a demo account first.
