[FAQ] Can I trade on weekends? > Questions and answers

Category: Products and Markets

Short answer
Most forex, index and commodity markets are closed at the weekend, and only some cryptocurrency instruments may be open on a limited basis. Trading hours and maintenance times for each symbol are subject to change, so check the MT4/MT5 symbol specification and the official notices.

Before you act
Policies, trading conditions, operating hours and screens are subject to change. Before doing anything with a live account, check the latest information in the official Client Area and with official support, and do not post passwords, PINs, ID documents or account numbers on a public board.
